The Pack-Out

I don’t know how she did it, but Britt was able to fit everything in this picture into that tough box. There is also a coffee pot and queen-sized blow up mattress in the box, and there are also a few layers beneath the boxers, books and baby wipes that aren’t visible in this pic. She is like the queen of real life Tetris!

So, if you think you want to send old Matty a care package during his Army-sponsored counterinsurgency study abroad program, take notes from this pic. There was also someone trying to sneak into the box for  a free ride.

This week the remainder of our stuff is getting loaded on a boat and shipped out to meet us in country. It’s been very strange not going to work for the fast couple weeks. I decided it’s been like an early, short retirement. I have no real reason to get up in the morning, and the Percocet makes it more than easy to have to stay in bed. I imagine this is what my grandparents’ days are like. Actually, I’m sure they have much more to do on a regular day than I do now.

We do have a few more things to do when we get up, namely going to some doctor or another, or dentist, or physical therapy or eye doctor. You get the picture. Only we don’t have any percocet to rely on. Only about a million other pills.

I doubt if we will not be seeing you before you leave unless we can work something out on our way down to FL> We are stopping at a Cave City, KY on March 15.

She definitely would if a litter box would have fit!
